Day Dream Recognition

The first year of my degree helped me find my style in a playful way. Using techniques such as cut, collage, tea, pastels water colours, inks and materials such as wood, fabric, paper. I gathered motifs inline with my research for 'Abstract Form and Foliage'. These motifs were then adapted in photoshop to make wall paper samples for the Idott competition with Anstey. Overall my first year allowed me to express a creativity that I am proud of, part of this body of work was exhibited in Mission Gallery Swansea as part of an Alumni show.
